Good to know

Essential oils are the 100% essence of the plant. They are obtained by distillation or purging of flowers, fruits, seeds, stems and leaves. Most natural cosmetics lovers believe there is no cream without essential oils, probably because essential oils enhance the properties and performance of the preparation, provide a pleasant smell but additionally preserve the preparation. But like any natural preparation - they have a certain power - and they need to be smart and carefully dosed.
We have taken the skin for granted aldough, believe it or not, our skin is our largest body part and on average it has 1 to 2 square meters. Skin thickness is 0.2 mm (on shutters) up to 4 mm (palms and tabs). The average acidity of the skin is from 4.5 to 6.5 pH. Why is it good to know these facts? Knowing the texture and function you will find it easier to choose the treatment or preparation that suits you best.
Aromatic, healing and fragrant plants have always been a thankful ally of human health and beauty. Most commonly, they were consumed in the form of tea or essential oils that were often taken, orally, in health problems, orally. With the emergence of medicines, such plant-based consumption has gone into the second plan, but many new age therapists and naturopaths recommend restoring tradition and more and more often in their recipes, especially for easier fever-like colds, nausea, headaches and poor digestion, suggesting orally consuming essential oils.

Every family has a small home-made pharmacy which we use for minor problems. In some cases home pharmacy is stored in one place, and in some households a certain preparation is always somewere on shelves, in rooms and cabinets. How many times did you spot a regular plaster, something against pain or burns? Just for such an awesome situation, it is good to place a small, home-grown pharmacy in a bigger box in a bigger box, in a single, preferably dry and dark place, for lighter and more common problems that we do not need to get to the doctor right away, and are still uncomfortable to ignore them.

Wash your face, soak it and take a piece of thin rice paper or a shiny paper towel. Paper towels are usually made up of three pieces so try to separate it to the tiniest part and press it on the face. If the skin is greasy, the paper will stick to it, get the grease from the face and become transparent. If the paper does not stick to anything or even pick up grease from your face, then your skin is dry. If the paper paste for the T zone (forehead, nose, chin), then you have a mixed (normal) skin, which has about 70 percent of women. Most cosmetics today are tailored to this type of skin.
