Three ice creams in three minutes
Yoghurt ice cream
ingredients:
• 500 grams of frozen fruit (essentially chopped)
• 250 grams of cold Greek yogurt
• lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons honey (can be agave syrup or a little stevia)
Preparation:
All ingredients are put into blender mix until you get thick cream. Serve immediately if you want ice cream to form, pour mixture into the mold and freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
Creamy banana ice cream
ingredients:
• 5 ripe bananas
• Dried fruits
• A little bit cinnamon
• a spoon of honey, agave syrup or barley malt (if desired)
Preparation:
Place bananas on smaller pieces and place them in a freezer until they are freeze, then blend them in a blender for a few minutes to turn into a delicious cream. Add the other ingredients as desired. Serve immediately.
